Wine Temperature
Wine temperature is a battle that Rob and I fight on a continuing basis. What is cellar temperature anyway? Here is a chart that should help you decide what temperature your wine should be served at. But then again, drink what you like.
It's not exactly Much Ado About Nothing but it's not really a battle either. Shawn will be happy to know that I chilled Zinfandels and Pinots before group dinners this past weekend. We'll definitely agree on not leaving them in a warm kitchen before opening.
